Counselor in Training

The Counselor-In-Training (C.I.T.) program provides teens with the opportunity to develop leadership and workplace skills. In this hands-on program, participants will assist with camp activities, supervise campers, multi-task and learn to become effective communicators.C.I.T.s are under the supervision and mentorship of a Camp Director and staff. Only one spot is available per week. Lunch is not provided. C.I.T. must pack their own morning snack and lunch.Staff is taking extra precautions to ensure the safety and wellness of all campers. Each camper will have their own cubby, table and activity kit, which they can keep at the end of the week. Campers are recommended to wear face masks; masks will be available on-site.
